Quality

Our experienced management and site teams ensure that painting services are delivered to the specified quality and within your time deadline.

We dedicate the right team to each and every job, making sure that each individual assigned to your project has the required competences to deliver the works. We work in partnership with the main contractor as the finishing trade to ensure that the works meet the quality standards required despite the usual disruptions incurred as the main finishing trade.

It is essential that all aspects of painting is coordinated with the main contractor and other site contractors and specifications adhered to. We therefore paint sample areas to demonstrate the specification options that differing coatings can provide.

Often it is worth sequencing works so that an initial coating is applied and the finish is postponed pending other trades. Our site teams are dedicated to each and every project resulting in familiarisation of the site by the lead foreman and Contracts Manager, allowing us to adapt and change in line with the different work faces being made available at any one time. Often our teams have to monitor the work of others which has a direct impact on our ability to deliver painting works to programme – if they run late then this has to be accommodated with careful management.

We believe in providing a quality service to a defined standard in the most economic, efficient and effective way. Clear cost savings will be identified through reduced administration, damage limitation (zero defects), increased productivity, dedicated site teams, sequence of working and programming.

  • Improve awareness and understanding of environmental issues amongst employees and contractors.
  • Integration and partnering with our Suppliers & Customers on the recycling of our waste

Eco painting

We feel that environmental issues should be considered, so we have made sure that we are in a position to recommend certain products and finishes from nearly all the paint suppliers available.

Along with using ECO painting products we are trained in the application of an Environmental Wash System and Paint Solidifier within our Dulux Trade Contract Partnership association where together we will take a step towards greener painting and decorating.

On all our contracts we remove the paint from site using Dulux Paint system Solidifier. Once paint is removed from the tin we then use the Dulux Decorator Centre can recycling service.

We are totally committed to effective Health and Safety Management and to working with respect for the environment. We are member of the Eco Decorators Association!
